Each piece is carefully selected and packed to reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. General Guidelines

  • Products are eligible for return if:

    • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

    • The wrong product has been delivered.

    • An item is missing from the order.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Certain categories such as customized items, clearance products, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure

  2. Approval & Instructions:

    • Once your return request is reviewed, our support team will notify you if it has been approved.

    • You will receive the return shipping instructions, including the address for sending the product back.

    • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, except in cases where the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).

  • Refunds will be credited within 4–5 business days after approval.

  • In case of partial returns, only the cost of the returned item will be refunded. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only for the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for return under the conditions outlined above.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery
